  • Integrated type K thermocouple
  • Can be mounted in any orientation
  • Standard sizes Ø2”, Ø3” and Ø4”
  • For use in high vacuum, inert atmosphere or air
  • Specially designed for an easy access to bulbs by removing the outer shield
  • Custom shapes and sizes available on request
  • Oxygen compatible
  • Very fast heat/cool ramping due to low mass as below right
  • Optional upgrades: rotatable wafer, z shift, RF DC bias and watercooled body.
